Bender Consulting Services is a national leader in the employment of people with disabilities. We specialize in partnering with corporations and federal agencies in order to assist them with achieving their diversity and workforce inclusion initiatives, as it pertains to employing individuals with disabilities. We believe employing people with disabilities is not a question of charity, and it's not a humanitarian issue; it provides a clear business solution to a business need. When 13 million working-age Americans with disabilities are currently unemployed in this country, reaching into this untapped pool of hard-working, reliable talent is one of the most sound business decisions an employer could make.
Our disability employment expertise is based on nearly two decades of recruiting, screening, and hiring individuals with disabilities for private sector and federal government customers. Candidates with disabilities are screened, both on their ability to meet position requirements, as well as work ethics and attitude. We recruit candidates with disabilities for competitive career occupations including; information technology, engineering, finance/accounting, human resources, office administration, health care, mathematics, biology, and other general business areas.
Disability Employment Strategy and Training
Bender Consulting works with private sector and government customers to establish a clear and effective strategy for employing individuals with disabilities and developing and implementing inclusive products and services. In addition, we assist our customers with providing effective support and service to individuals with disabilities and those who are aging, including addressing effective accommodations processes. Our strategy and training services include content regarding employee self-identification and complying with Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act affirmative action regulations.
