Job Description
SUMMARY
Seeking early career candidate for assisting in the development of overall project management strategy necessary for project completion. This position also provides administrative and technical support for the projects. Projects will include, but not limited to, expansion projects and new equipment or software upgrades within the network.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assisting in the development of overall project management strategy necessary for project completion.
• Provide administrative and technical support for the projects.
• Work collaboratively with administration and outside representatives required to complete the project.
• Research and determine priorities needed to support the project to completion.
• Organize sessions when applicable with staff members.
• Act as a resource to current supervisory personnel.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial /Management Engineering or IT related field, preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to use statistical assessment to quantify opportunities and to achieve process optimization
• Ability to observe and provide constructive performance feedback
• Knowledge and understanding of Business Process Engineering standards/protocols
• Knowledge and understanding of Lean Six Sigma Tools and Methodologies
• Knowledge of Business Process Modeling concepts and components and their respective application
• Must be proficient in multitasking with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong background in MS Word and Excel programs.
