Job Description
SUMMARY
The candidate will provide administrative and diversified operational support within the department and throughout other departments within the institution.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Daily review of In-clearing checks to detect possible fraud.
• Perform operational tasks including but not limited to reviewing maintenance reports scanning, copying, data entry and filing.
• Updating various spreadsheets
• Ensure that all activities are performed in compliance with industry, Federal, State and Bank Secrecy Act regulatory requirements.
• Perform online banking requests, setups, and assist with general customer service.
• Assist with remote deposit capture.
• Perform other miscellaneous operational duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 1 year of Banking experience required.
• Knowledge of Banking Regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Attention to detail and Accuracy.
• Exemplary organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage time as related to daily tasks.
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Data entry skills.
