Job Description

The job is responsible for providing subject matter expertise and oversight for the timely development, management and optimization of customer communication materials ensuring compliance and data accuracy, achieving service excellence, and supporting growth initiatives. The position provides guidance to associate staff concerning questions, projects and processes. The position will assist in leading collaboration with CRM team to facilitate and support initiatives.

• Provides subject matter expertise at team/department cross-functional meetings.
• Organize and lead all meetings surrounding a given campaign (i.e. Kickoff, Post Mortem, etc.)
• Serve as a member subject matter expert to partner and consult with stakeholders to strategize and plan the development of materials.
• Provide materials development status reporting to management and stakeholders on a routine and ad hoc basis.
• Collaborate in the production of member materials including creating and maintaining project plans, versioning, vendor data testing, and proofing.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure materials are compliant and accurate according to government contracts and marketing guidelines
• Analyze government contracts and marketing guidelines for information to develop campaign materials

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, English, Health Policy, Marketing or related field,
• 3 years in Marketing Communications or Campaign Development, Execution, or Oversight
• Skilled in Verbal Communications, Written Communications, Stakeholder Management, and Project Management
