Project Administrator

The Project Administrator, reporting to the Director of the Project Management Office (PMO), will provide project and administration support for the Project Management Office and the Enterprise Information Technology division.
Primary responsibilities include the administration and maintenance of processes and procedures essential for the effective and efficient operations of the EIT division. This role supports critical processes and information supporting EIT’s continuous improvement, customer transparency, and compliance. Provides support for project artifacts, systems, and processes supporting the Project Life Cycle Methodology, Portfolio Governance, Time Tracking system, and EIT metric reporting.

• Administer and maintain systems utilized by the PMO, such as Time Tracking system, Project Management (Life Cycle etc) system, SharePoint sites, files and user access (accounts), Task Management tools (like JIRA, Azure DevOps.)
• Assist with scheduling (larger) meetings and helps gather meeting minutes
• Assists with developing and delivering material PMO administers and used for presentations, reports, and meetings. Ie: Metric reporting, Time Tracking, Audit requests, etc.
• Collaborates with other PMO members on creating and maintaining templates (PMO owned)
• Create and maintain regularly scheduled reporting material
• Coordinate and prepare project capital expense reports to submit to Finance
• Ensures adherence and consistent use of approved methods, processes, procedures, and tools
• Assist with maintaining of project artifacts according to the EdgeCo Project Life Cycle
• Maintains project files and repositories for compliance/audit reference
• Collaborates with the Regulatory department to maintain a list of internal and external audits
• Provides knowledgeable support for PMO’s policies and procedures
• Supports EIT and PMO continuous improvement tasks and activities as assigned

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in related field
• 3 years serving as project administrator/coordinator, business analyst, or provided administrative support within an Information Technology organization
• Knowledge of and experience with Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Azure DevOps, SmartSheet, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI
• High-level of knowledge and skills with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook,
• Strong verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently while preserving accuracy and attention to detail
• Energetic self-starter, with the ability to work independently
• Experience in support in an Information Technology environment
