Job Description

Seeking candidate to work closely with IT professionals to create innovative technology solutions. Support global PMO to measure productivity and success.

Support Center PMO operations by ensuring established governance process and standards are followed.
Assist in stage gating process.
Train others in PMO tools and processes.
Support PMO Governance processes.
Identify strengths and weaknesses of existing processes, recommend solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in project management or project/program management support.
Work experience in Information Technology or Project/Program/PMO environment.
Ability to effectively interact with all levels of company personnel and maintain effective working relationships.
Excellent written, verbal, presentation and communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently and proactively, with time management skills; ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft applications; specifically, Projects, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to creatively solve problems.
Knowledge of project accounting/management, preferred.
