Job Description

-Partnering with the Retail Sales Team to gain experience in retail stores by performing sales and customer connection in most major markets across the US
-Assisting our Account, Category Management, or Business Planning Teams with customer business plans and processes.
-Utilize tried and true fact-based selling techniques to grow in-store sales.
-Develop business communication skills and learn our go-to-market strategies.
-Deliver on key metrics and demonstrate leadership skills, while helping to create compelling sales stories
- Enrolled in bachelor's degree program from an accredited college or university, graduating December 2023 or later.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (cumulative).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Willing to accommodate up to 20% travel (at least 2 overnight trips required)
- Flexible to be relocated to multiple geographies for the internship & full-time opportunities post-graduation.
- Demonstrated leadership experience through school activities or work experience preferred.
- Strong Excel skills preferred (proficiency with VLOOKUP, macros, formulas, etc.)
