Job Description

The Power Reliability Engineer focuses on maintaining the stability and reliability of electrical systems that support mission-critical facilities. This role evaluates system performance, investigates failures, and implements strategies to reduce risk and improve operational uptime.
The engineer collaborates with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure electrical infrastructure meets high reliability standards required for continuous computing operations.

Responsibilities
• Analyze electrical system reliability and performance
• Investigate power-related failures and incidents
• Develop preventive maintenance strategies
• Support redundancy testing and system validation
• Evaluate risk factors within electrical infrastructure
• Recommend improvements to improve uptime and resilience

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience with power system operations or reliability engineering
• Knowledge of redundancy systems and critical infrastructure
• Experience working in data centers, utilities, or industrial environments preferred
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance preferred; active clearance is a plus
