As an Associate Print Shop Operator, you will learn the end-to-end print production process, including operating commercial printing equipment, producing high-quality printed materials, performing quality inspections, and supporting equipment maintenance. Responsibilities
* Produce printed materials using commercial printing presses and high-volume duplicating equipment.
* Perform binding, finishing, and other post-production tasks.
* Conduct quality control inspections and pull production samples to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Assist with routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting of print shop equipment.
* Monitor production schedules and support timely completion of print jobs.
* Maintain inventory of paper, supplies, and production materials.
* Collaborate with team members to meet organizational printing needs.
* Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to learn technical processes and operate production equipment.
* Reliable work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team.
* Experience in print production, mail services, manufacturing, warehouse operations, inventory control, equipment operation, or other production-oriented environments, a plus.
* Mechanical aptitude and experience working with machinery or production equipment.
* Customer service experience in a fast-paced setting.
