Job Description
OVERVIEW
Responsible for the safe and efficient movement, storage, and shipment of materials in a high-volume warehouse environment. Operates material handling equipment and supports receiving, picking, replenishment, loading, staging, and inventory activities while meeting safety, accuracy, and productivity standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receive, pick, replenish, stage, pack, and ship materials accurately and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and other material handling equipment as assigned.
• Load and unload trucks and prepare required shipping and receiving documentation.
• Verify orders, labels, inventory, and shipments for accuracy.
• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to complete transactions and maintain inventory records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following company and regulatory safety requirements.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and other warehouse activities as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 2 years of high-volume warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Experience with WMS, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes preferred.
• Material handling equipment experience (forklift, reach trucks, etc.) or certification preferred.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and perform the physical requirements of the position.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
