iDisability - A Bender Consulting Services ProductBender Consulting is pleased to partner with No Barriers Media to launch the iDisabilityTM Enterprise-Wide eLearning Solution (iDisability™).  Debuted at the 2016 US Business Leadership National Conference, iDisability™ educates organizations and ensures employees have the foundations required to: effectively communicate with, interview, hire, accommodate, and engage people with disabilities in the workforce; build and implement an effective and measurable strategic approach to disability inclusion across the enterprise; and remain abreast of emerging and evolving strategies for disability inclusion and engagement.

iDisability™ addresses critical business objectives for customers such as:

  • Familiarizing stakeholders with workplace digital accessibility requirements and guidelines.

iDisability™ is currently offered as an enterprise-wide solution with a catalogue of approximately 9 hours of on demand eLearning content that can be successfully integrated into customer existing learning management systems.  The product was developed using the Moodle, an open source learning management system platform and Adobe Captivate, to include always on audio narrative.  Creating fully accessible content was a priority in this product design, including closed captioning and meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 to the AA Level criteria.  Recognizing the need for just in time training, modules are an average of 15 minutes in length, and content is fully responsive, allowing for interface using a computer, a tablet, or mobile device.
