Job Description
This role is responsible for managing a wide range of system components across multiple interconnected systems, ensuring proper functionality, performance, and security.
Responsibilities
• Independently develops, improves, and implements automation tools, configurations, and scripts for IT and OT systems.
• Leads planning and execution of system implementation, maintenance, and reconfiguration efforts.
• Troubleshoots and resolves moderately complex functional, performance, and security issues.
• Develops and executes testing and commissioning procedures, including subsystem and system-level testing.
• Creates detailed system and subsystem-level configuration specifications and procedures.
• Participates in technical demonstrations and contributes to technical proposal writing.
• Supports risk management activities to mitigate potential impacts on system performance and security.
• Travel to sites for startups
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 6 years of experience with installation, troubleshooting and/or testing of electronic security systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling tools.
• Experience in prominent technologies for companies involved in industrial automation, building management systems (BMS), and control.
• System administrator experience in performing triage on system problems, resolving the system problems, analyzing system data to prevent problems, and implementing new workstations and system extensions
