Job Description

We are seeking a highly polished, executive-level leader to drive complex, high-visibility strategic initiatives from concept through execution. This role operates as a trusted partner to senior leadership and requires sound judgment, decisive action, and the ability to translate executive discussion into clear, structured execution plans.

The ideal candidate is poised, detail-oriented, and comfortable in high-level conversations with C-suite stakeholders. Must be able to quickly synthesize information, make informed decisions, and independently drive initiatives forward with minimal direction.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead enterprise-level strategic initiatives aligned with executive priorities and organizational goals
• Partner directly with C-suite leaders to clarify objectives, define scope, and determine execution strategy
• Attend executive meetings, distill complex discussions into structured action plans, and drive accountability across stakeholders
• Independently identify next steps, make timely decisions, and remove barriers to progress
• Translate high-level strategy into detailed project plans with defined milestones, ownership, and measurable outcomes
• Drive cross-functional alignment without direct authority
• Proactively identify risks, anticipate challenges, and implement mitigation strategies before escalation is required
• Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise exceptional discretion in all communications and materials
• Prepare executive-ready reports, presentations, and updates that clearly articulate progress, risks, and recommendations
• Ensure initiatives move beyond discussion to execution and measurable completion

QUALIFICATIONS
• Advanced degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or related field) strongly preferred
• 10 years of progressive experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives
• Demonstrated experience working directly with C-suite or senior executive leadership in high-visibility environments
• Proven ability to translate executive discussions into clear, structured action plans that eliminate ambiguity and drive measurable outcomes
• Track record of independently advancing initiatives with minimal oversight and strong follow-through
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate concisely, influence outcomes, and command confidence in senior-level settings
• Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills, including the ability to identify risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategies
• Demonstrated success aligning cross-functional stakeholders and driving accountability without direct authority
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to connect strategic vision to operational execution
• Experience managing confidential and sensitive initiatives with discretion and sound judgment
• Advanced proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
