2023 AAPD Leadership Awards Virtual Gala

The 2023 AAPD Leadership Awards Gala will be held on Thursday, April 20th at 6:30pm Eastern. Tickets for this event are free and open to everyone.
The evening’s festivities will be hosted by Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Jonathan Capehart. Jonathan Capehart is an Associate Editor of The Washington Post & Anchor of “The Saturday Show and The Sunday Show with Jonathan Capehart” on MSNBC
Guests will also be treated to a special performance by award-winning recording artist Lachi! Lachi is a multi-award-winning artist, Grammys Board DEI Ambassador and Founder and President of RAMPD.org. Born legally blind, Lachi has dedicated her platform and craft to amplifying Disability Culture, promoting inclusion and advocating for accessibility in the Music Industry. Through RAMPD, Lachi brought ASL to the GRAMMYs and walked the red carpet.
