Job Description
Assist the planning, implementation, and optimization of AI initiatives across the organization. Works closely with data scientists, developers, and business teams to turn AI concepts into working, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
• Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize AI opportunities that align with corporate goals.
• Evaluate AI tools, platforms, and vendors, and recommend solutions that fit business needs and compliance requirements.
• Assist in AI project planning, budgeting, and execution while ensuring scalability, security, and ethical usage.
• Collaborate with IT, data, and development teams to design, test, and deploy AI solutions.
• Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Provide training and support for employees on AI tools and best practices to encourage adoption.
• Monitor system performance, track ROI, and recommend enhancements.
• Stay informed on AI trends, regulations, and innovations to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Develop governance and ethical guidelines for responsible AI use within the organization.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in technology implementation, digital transformation, or AI-related projects.
• Proven ability to manage projects that involve both strategic planning and technical execution.
• Strong understanding of AI platforms, machine learning concepts, and enterprise system integration.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and change management skills.
• Familiarity with platforms such as OpenAI API (GPT models), Microsoft Azure AI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, IBM watsonx, Amazon Bedrock.
• Familiarity with Business AI Tools: Microsoft Copilot, Google Duet AI, Salesforce Einstein, HubSpot AI.
• Familiarity with ML/Development Tools: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, DataRobot.
• Familiarity with Automation Tools: UiPath AI Center, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism.
• Experience in developing or customizing AI/ML models.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, compliance, and data governance best practices.
Remote Work Eligibility:
• This position is fully remote; however, candidates must permanently reside in the United States to be eligible.
• All work must be conducted within the continental U.S.
