Job Description

The Power Infrastructure Engineer supports large-scale power planning and infrastructure development for high-demand facilities such as AI data centers, cloud computing campuses, and large industrial operations.
This role focuses on securing and developing the electrical infrastructure needed to support large-scale power consumption. Responsibilities include coordination with utilities, infrastructure planning, and development of substation and transmission solutions.

Responsibilities
• Support planning of large-scale electrical infrastructure
• Coordinate with utilities on power availability and interconnection
• Support substation and transmission infrastructure design
• Perform load forecasting and capacity planning
• Evaluate electrical infrastructure risks and expansion strategies
• Work with engineering teams to support site development

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience with power infrastructure planning or development
• Knowledge of transmission, substations, and utility systems
• Experience coordinating with utilities or regulatory agencies preferred
• Understanding of grid interconnection processes
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance preferred; active clearance is a plus
