Job Description

Seeking individual support and assist suppliers with electronic purchase orders, invoicing, and payment transactions through the Procurement systems and ensuring continued adoption. The successful individual has the ability to support the organization’s Supplier Enablement directive to gain efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks in the Procure-to-Pay processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Execute activities and actions to drive enablement for enterprise-wide supplier-base including supplier outreach, registration and maintenance, onboarding, portal enablement and electronic payment setup, and monitoring supplier adoption of electronic transactions.
• Conduct supplier outreach and communicate benefits of electronic transactions.
• Track to enablement KPIs. Support action plan to address challenges and escalated suppliers.
• Support supplier registration and maintenance to ensure suppliers are properly and efficiently setup in the Supplier Master.
• Follow and support educational and training material for internal team and external suppliers. Includes written documentation such as Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, email templates, standard phone scripts, training videos, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Associate's Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred, in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration/Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering (3 years of experience in a Procurement role)
• 3 years of experience in Procurement, Business Analysis, Customer Service, Service Desk Operations, or related field
• Effective influencing skills that can be used to build partnerships with internal resources and organization’s supply base
• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Ability to have expert knowledge of operational policies and procedures
• Strong understanding of process and systems
• Self-confident with an ability to accept and respond to challenges in a positive manner
• Manages change, ambiguity, complexity and drives for results
• Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of key operational and current best practices (i.e. Account Payable) preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Remote Work Eligibility:
• This position is fully remote; however, candidates must permanently reside in the United States to be eligible.
• All work must be conducted within the U.S.
