Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Serve as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruitment team.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure candidate data is accurate.
• Prepare, review, and distribute offer letters and new hire documentation in collaboration with HR/compensation teams.
• Assist with pre-employment screening: background checks, reference checks, verifying credentials.
• Coordinate onboarding activities: ensure new hire paperwork is completed, schedule orientations or training sessions, set up necessary system access.
• Maintain and generate reports / dashboards: candidate pipeline, time-to-fill, requisition status, diversity metrics or other TA KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with internal policy and external regulatory requirements (EEO, record-keeping, privacy, etc.).
• Assist with employer branding and candidate experience initiatives: ensuring that applicants receive timely responses, positive interactions.
• Collaborate with HR, Recruiting, and other operational teams to facilitate process improvements, ensure smooth workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of experience in talent acquisition coordination or related administrative support.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks / requisitions at once, to meet deadlines.
• Ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, or complex regulated environments, preferred.
• Familiarity with employment law basics, EEO compliance, preferred.
• Experience with data analysis / metrics tracking in recruiting, preferred.

REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY:
• This position is fully remote; however, candidates must permanently reside in the United States to be eligible.
• All work must be conducted within the continental U.S.
• Applicants outside of the U.S. cannot be considered for this position.
