Job Description

SUMMARY
This job is responsible for configuring, rolling out, and updating the assigned Willow Epic application.

This position is intended for experienced IT professionals with a strong background in Epic software development and implementation. It is NOT intended for trainers, end users, or power users. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in configuring, building, and supporting Epic systems in a technical capacity.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plans, designs/builds, tests, and implements Willow Epic software.
• Analyzes and determines system requirements and specifications.
• Supports and maintains environments or applications using domain knowledge.
• Configures changes within the Epic environments to provide standardized, comprehensive workflows.
• Corrects issues, conducts routine maintenance, updates systems with new functionality to meet the end user's needs, and implements new technologies.
• Conducts problem-solving and root cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex problems. Identifies solutions and completes documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Required- 3 years of systems build and administration experience within one or more Epic modules, preferably Willow
• Experience and understanding of Pharmacy operations through Epic Willow
• Epic Willow Inpatient Certification/Accreditation strongly preferred. Require within the first 6 months
• 3 years of experience in the IT healthcare industry
• Ability to handle analysis, design, system configuration and testing tasks at basic to moderate levels of complexity
• Demonstrates knowledge of project management principles as they relate to assigned tasks
• Must permanently reside in and exclusively work from within the continental USA, required
