Job Description

OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Coordinator, Training and Development, to spearhead our enterprise-wide training initiatives. This role is crucial in developing, managing, and owning our 1:1 and Train the Trainer curriculum, with a strong focus on Leadership, Professional Development, and Diversity and Inclusion. The incumbent will also coordinate Bias Training and be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of our DEI Learning and Development efforts across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate Diversity and Inclusion Learning and Development: Manage the DEI Learning and Development process across all functions and business units, including stakeholder management.
• Develop and Manage Community of Practice Strategy: Lead the Learning and Development enterprise community of practice strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Create Effective Training Strategies: Develop and implement training strategies that drive engagement and demonstrate the ROI of DEI initiatives to key stakeholders.
• Establish Physician Development Roadmap: Coordinate the creation of key experiences and development roadmaps for physicians to ensure high-quality, cost-effective practices.
• Standardize Curriculum and Processes: Oversee the development of standardized learning and development curricula, processes, methodologies, and standard operating procedures.
• Promote DEI Initiatives: Advocate for the importance of DEI Learning and Development, promoting its value to key stakeholders within the organization.
• Coordinate Tools and Resources: Ensure that necessary tools and information, such as clinical models and satisfaction surveys, are available to manage care effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with successfully delivering Leadership Development programs, required. Experience in Leadership Development and/or Organizational Development in large, complex environments such as Fortune 200 companies, Preferred
• Extensive experience in developing and managing training programs, particularly within DEI, Leadership, and Professional Development.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple functions and business units.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic training initiatives that align with organizational goals.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Knowledge of healthcare operations and physician practice management is a plus.
